Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns only if the item is in the same condition that you received it unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

If you wish to make a return, please contact us via the Contact Page on our website within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable; we will only refund the cost of the returned item itself.

All sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
